Welcome to the 5th year of Citywide 3-D World, a cutting-edge program using 3-D Virtual World technology to prepare District 75 students to be successful in the world around them. This year, we are making it even easier to work and play in the 3D environment though use of the FireStorm software, which was recently named the most popular and most stable platform for using Second Life.
Also this year we are seeking to improve opportunities for participants to interact with students from other schools through use of streamlined community times.
A workshop introducing teachers and staff to the program is scheduled for October 25th, 2012. See you there!
