The Contest for Naming Rights has two categories: The Best-Dressed Team and The Apartment Design.
The Best Dressed Team Category: Every student in the class must have a customized avatar (no grey striped shirts and jeans/ no pink polka dot dresses). The teacher will take a class photo, which will be a screen shot of the avatars in some scenic location in 3D World. A special guest judge will be selected to pick the best photograph.
The Apartment Design Category: Every pair of roommates will have to purchase and place furniture and posters in their apartment. During “Lesson 20 – Open House…Meet the Neighbors” (April 30, 2015), a special guest judge, who specializes in interior design, will join us in 3D World to visit the apartments. The judge will decide which apartment wins the award for the best design.
The class that wins in each category will get to choose a name for a special place in 3D World.
