Apartment Design Contest Winners
Every year, during Lesson 20: Open House…Meet the Neighbors, we hold a contest to determine the most beautifully designed apartment (both single unit and whole building). We consider such factors as furniture placement, groceries, decorations, originality, and more.

Brooklyn Public Library Field Trip
In March 2023, some of the Avatars from 811K took a field trip to the Brooklyn Public Library at Grand Army Plaza, and learned about different jobs in a library. Afterwards, they spent a long time browsing the book shelves and exploring the beautiful building.
